I see you have removed our ads (no problem with this).

But you have also added some external ads banner. You are not allowed to do so, see §6.9 in our Regulation.

How can I have FTP connection to put wordpress il French ?

To get FTP access you have to transform your "Blog" account into a "Site" account. From within Wordpress control panel > Settings > Change to AlterSite (or something similar).
