Altervista ads not showing in pages!

i have altervista ads enabled and added code to my website each page, but they don't show up! Altervista ads widgets work however they don't change! they're unrelated and boring ads that generate no revenue. i have 200+ daily visitors but there is no revenue! altervista simply sucks and fails to deliver ads! i have applied for google adsense but my ads got rejected because my website was ajax at that time. i have updated the website, and is there a way to reply to google ads? or please atleast fix altervista ads on my site!
