How Much Time will take by Adsense For final approval

Last year i made adsense account for my self and it get approved in three days. now i apply for my friend and almost one week passed but i am still waiting for final approval.
how much time is required for approval now a days?

and is there any theme effected on approval. and is there any specific theme that i use for fast approval as i listen for sahifa theme ?

please help me if any body know

It depends, usually some days. However it depends only by Google.
