How can made 2nd page in a page?

How can made 2nd number of page in a page?
For example here is my website downthere, news section and pull page till the end and you see there page 2
but this not working.. somebody knows how can I made this to working and re-dierct me on 2nd page with other news?
That all news are not in this long page until down..

If you put the 2nd web page in a different folder then the first one you will have to change the link to have the folder name then / then the html page name.

For example http://exampletesting.altervista.org/Testing(This is the folder name)/Testing(This is the html/php name).php
