Wordpress Theme: unchangeable text???

Dear users,
I'm new on Altervista Wordpress-based blog. I choosed a theme for my blog (name of the WP theme is "eNews"), I would write something else instead of the default text: "NewsBlog - This is the news". But it seems there's no way to change that text/element. This would mean I can't use that theme... I need to replace it :( I tried all menus and tools but no one helps. What a frustration... :(

That's the logo image, you can change it from the settings page of the theme.

Thank you! Now it's all right! ;) The problem is that this WordPress-based system is fantastic but menus and options are still a labyrinth :/
