Password recovery

I try to recorver my pass but it never comes into my email address. I'been trying it for more than three days. It is not in the spam file. It never comes and my email address is correct. Also I remember my Id. What is happining ???

It's look like your email provider's spam filter blocks our mails to you.

Anyway, if you logger into this support forum you should be able to log in to the control panel because the password is the same.
