FTP Is not working

Around the end of December the FTP SERVICE STOPPED WORKING. I tried ping the ip and I get time out. I'm using Cute FTP to upload and download files I can connect to other account that were created about the same time my altervista . But as I said the FTP wont work.

Hi,
me too i have the same problem. I can't connect to the default folder / and filezilla tell me "connection time out".....

Help me how to connect in ftp
