Page Load Error - Operation Time Out When Attempting to Contact

Hi

I am getting Page Load Errors.
Message says "Page Load Error - Operation Time Out When Attempting to Contact galfridaynight.altervista.org"

My site has worked perfectly in the past, and I haven't changed anything.
In fact, my whole site is four small images and a single 4kb html file, that's all, so it should run smoothly under all circumstances!
No java or any sorts of scripts, it is as simple as can be.
