Question Getting reports of my website not being able to be viewed.

A guy in Plumas Lake, California has been trying to view my web site http://titaniceng.altervista.org/ and just gets this "This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" but there is 2 other Altervista web sites that he can access. http://jknightandkarr.altervista.org/ and http://zappbots.altervista.org/forum/index.php Odd so I wonder if my index.php could have an issue or something? The jknightandkarr site is also mine, and both have been made with the same program. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I am waiting on him to get me screenshots of the error message(s) he gets, I will post them then.

That isn't much useful, could you instead ask which ISP is he using? However, you should be able to solve this issue by activating CloudFlare form the AlterVista control panel, you can find it in the Resources section.

Let me try and find out what his ISP is. I will try that CloudFlare in the mean time.

We received other reports from users using AT&T, is he able to access the site after that you activated CloudFlare?
He should however report the problems (I understand he's having problem with many web sites) to his ISP too.
