I have been trying to include a file with a Unicode (UTF-8) file name on my site. Uploading a file with a Unicode name is possible, but the file management system converts the Unicode characters to underscores as soon as it has uploaded. Changing an ASCII-only file name to include Unicode characters, after it has uploaded, returns an error message. And for whatever reason, percent-encoding isn't allowed.
Any help would be appreciated.
