Exclamation Error 500 and website offline

    Greetings,
I have a website in altervista which is http://sgcs.altervista.org . I have since january of this year (2015) and it worked fine until this last week between 20-27th September.
When I try to access the website it sometimes gives me an 524 error, presented by cloudflare, saying that the website is offline. Sometimes it gives me an 500 Error saying I could have created an .htaccess which could prevent me from accessing my website. The thing is I didnt create an .htaccess nor did I put the website offline.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

I thought I did as the website remained accessible during this week. However today on 3rd October it started to show that message again and I didnt add/remove anything from the website in that period of time.

Hello, it happened again in 5th October of 2015 at 9:40pm GMT.
This was the message that appeared and once again I did nothing to cause this situation as I didn't touch in any file throughout these days.
    Error 500

    An error occurred.

This error may be due to an erroneus .htaccess file, added by you or by a script in the current directory.

To access this directory again you have to correct or delete the .htaccess file. You can do it from the section files management of your control panel by clicking on the gear icon.

    Go back

    Hello,
It happened again on 12th October at 8:47pm and again in 13th October at 6pm.
But this time the message was different:
    An error occurred.

If the problem persists, probably the application you use does not work correctly, because someone is working on it, or because there is a problem in the application
