Account suspended for unrelated reasons

My account (itvision) has been suspended due to "The account has been temporarily suspended (Art. 4.1 regolamento community), for further information see the regulation".

Please, reinstate the account because I do not host any copyrighted material, nor I have ever been implicated in hosting copyright material.

I guess there is some grave mistake or confusion.
