Account Suspended?

Hi All,

My accound dbcdn, seems to be suspended, it says "This account has been suspended as it is not compliant with the community regulation.", I am not sure what I have done, I was building the site on WP and since I recieved spam comments I enabled a plugin for only registered people to enter. at this point I am only registered since its a work in progress. Any idea what I may have done?

I dont have any copyrighted work and if anything it was to be a news website eventually!
