    Gentili Signori,

    Penso di voler modificare il file .htaccess per rendere più sicuro il sito. Vorrei proteggere i file da attacchi e intrusioni aggiungendo le seguenti righe di codice nel file .htaccess, all'inizio del file presente nella cartella principale del mio sito web giancarlofina.altervista.org:

    #Nega elenco cartelle
    Options -Indexes
    #Blocca file sensibili
    <files .htaccess>
    Order allow,deny
    Deny from all
    </files>
    <files wp-config.php>
    Order allow,deny
    Deny from all
    </files>

    Vorrei anche bloccare l'accesso a tutti i file non necessari creando un nuovo file .htaccess nella cartella /wp-admin e aggiungendo le seguenti righe di codice:

    #Blocca file di installazione
    <files install.php>
    Order allow,deny
    Deny from all
    </files>
    <files setup-config.php>
    Order allow,deny
    Deny from all
    </files>

    Secondo voi si può fare e ha senso farlo? Ringrazio anticipatamente per la collaborazione.

    No, ti consiglierei di lasciare tutto come è: i blog AlterVista sono già configurati per essere scuri. Eventuali modifiche appesantiscono solamente il blog senza portare effettive migliorie.

    L'importante è avere una password robusta, dispositivi privi di malware e mantenere aggiornato il blog e i vari plugin.

    p.s: il forum in lingua italiana è qui.

    Ciao!

    I have the same problem. With css files and photos. I always have to rename the css file and change it in html to get it updated. Only html files works fine. I still have this issue, more or less for a year actually. Someone can help me? Thanks.

    Hello, your problem is different and the problem is the cache: you should resolve by clean the cache of your browser. If you have CloudFlare active, you should also delete the cloudFlare cache.

    Bye!
