Please help, Index Page is Missing

Hi there, I have just created a new website on altervista but I wasn't able to install WordPress in it. Now it is showing the error that Index Page is Missing but I also can't recover the blog as it was created a few days ago and the WordPress was not installed on it. Kindly help me how to install WordPress in it or how can I delete my account and then reopen it as I also can't delete my account because my profile information is not opening

If you have an alterSite account, you can install WordPress switching to alterBlog account (installing WordPress from here).
If you have an alterBlog account, you can try to recover it from here.

In both case, you can delete the account from here.
