Account blocked for security reasons

on my site it says "Account blocked for security reasons" i did all steps can you unblock it please.

You have to contact the abuse staff to request the unblock.

i did it now there is this

You can't access to the requested page or directory.

This can be due to:

The index file, usually index.html, for this directory is missing.
You are not connected with a valid IP address (IP: myip), if you use a proxy you can try to disable it and connect again.
The traffic towards this area of the site has been blocked or you are not allowed to access to the requested resource.
