Unable to connect to my page?

Hello. I have been having a problem for over a week trying to get my altervista page to load.
On Firefox I get "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ftp.sandiesc9pleasurepalace.altervista.org." On Google Chrome I get "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ftp.sandiesc9pleasurepalace.altervista.org". Not sure what to do here? I've asked others to try accessing the page, and they are having the same issue. Any help would be appreciated!
