Getting this error while creating a new blog..

I have customized my site and not using wordpress. How now i put advista banner or get the code to display advista banner on my page.

No it i still there folder name gcc
zip file name was gcc and it create the folder located at /nclib/dbl/gcc but showing no files inside it

I have uploaded a zip file containing my code to server in zip formate. the zip file extracted and created a folder name of same name as that of the zip file but the directory not showing the code...

I created my site but now i am not able to logged in through CPanel .. although i am able to login to post this forum
it is showing error like this after redirecting to url this ...
