After updating the version of both the Template and WordPress the website is all messed up. One of the problems is with a menu that appear at the bottom left of the page if you open any article....

Now blue.css put a blue line under the menu... so at least one thing is working. The other problems persists and the theme seems to be messy .... I thought that updates should make something better,...

Do you have WordPress? Go in Widgets and drag the Text capsule in your menu, then paste the code in it....let's see if it works. Good luck !
