Where are my privileges ?

I've just upgraded to class 4.
If I enter in to phpmyadmin I still see "NO PRIVILEGE".
I can't create a new database or manage privileges.
How is it possible ?

You cannot create new databases. A single database, called my_yourname, is provided for each account.
If you want to install different applications you have to choose different table prefixes to avoid table name collisions.

So, how do we add/modify the Privileges for that single database?

You can't manage privileges or create users on your database. You have a single user with all the privileges needed to store and read data. If you need to create and execute triggers you can activate them in the Resources section of your contol panel.
