i cant find my cpanel

i registered a website tcharmil.net on DOMAIN PARKING..its active but i cant modify it why ? and how ? why you don't send me c panel information ?
and if there is no cpanel please Cancel my order give me money back thankyou
i dont want to buy address web and there is no cpanel or ftp what am gonna do with it ?
please Help !

The domain parking option, as the name says, is there to only register a domain, but not to use it in any way. If you want to use it you have to upgrade to the second option. You can do this paying only the difference.

Hello,

you have registered a domain, but only in Domain Parking mode. If you want other service like DNS Hosting and Redirect (domain forwarding) you have to add this service in your AlterVista Control Panel -> Resources -> Manage Yours Domains -> Add new services

AlterVista domains don't have any web space and ftp access or cpanel.

so if i buy REDIRECT € 9.45 + tax means alamdigital.altervista.org is gonna be www.tcharmil.net ? if it is am gonna buy it
