My Website Is Not Hosted

Hello. I am new to this site and am trying to figure out how to make my site live. I created some php and uploaded it to the file management but when I go to view my site, it shows up as "coming soon" and it gives me irrelevant directions.

Can anyone help me?

You have to remove the index.html file in your root folder.
