FTP download url?

I am setting up a fast download server for a game. I need to have the game data on a website and a link for the game client to download this information however, the link ftp.lunarsservers.altervista.org is not a recagnizable link for the game client. I have been informed that it has to be a web url in order for the game client to read it.

My question is, how would I get my ftp files to be at a web url within my site?

Please note that you may not use the web space provided by AlterVista to only store files for download.
Read carefully the article 4.4 of the terms of service.
However, every file you upload via FTP is on the web space and can be retrieved also using an HTTP URL.
