Every account has an unique username, if you want to create another website you can create a new account (with its own username). Usually you can also use the same e-mail address.
WHat about multiple sites on the same IP? I"m working with a middle-school summer camp, and we have not been able tomake websites for all students because we get an error about too many sites on the same IP?
