i have a domain not registred on altervista i wnt to know

how i can Transfer to altervista and how to config dns :'(

If I register new domain www.example.com via control panel of www.results.altervista.org, then will I have the option to change my nameserver/Hosting Server and choose a new hosting server instead of altervista.
