missing index page

unknowingly i have delited intex page
please help me to get back

the message show as below when i go to my site!....

You have to create a page called index.html, index.htm or index.php (lower case).

Do you have a backup? From Google cache it looks like you had an almost empty WordPress blog. If you don't need to recover anything you can just delete WordPress and install it again.
