How to clear the cloudflare cache?

After I change a file, how can I make sure the cloudflare cache gets cleared?

You can clear the CloudFlare cache directly from the AlterVista control panel (resources section), but you should instead activate the Development mode, which disables CloudFlare cache for three hours.

No, but why would you want that? If you don't want a specific file to be cached you should use the proper HTTP headers to indicate that.
What problem are you trying to solve, exactly?
