No files in File management after recover from inactivity

My account was deactivated due to inactivity. When I recovered it, I saw I didn`t have all my old files listed in File management...please help.

When an account gets archived a mail is sent with the link to download the backup of its contents which is available to the webmaster only for the following 30 days.
As described on our conditions.
