I opened a new account.
When I login, I am redirect directly to the wordpress dashboard, instead of the altervista dashboard.
I found no way to go to the altervista dashboard.

You created a Blog account, if you want an Hosting one you can follow the procedure Convert to AlterSite under the Settings menu in the WordPress admin panel.
