How to make my altervista website view only on desktop view mode?

How to make my altervista website view only on desktop view mode?
i mean that every visitor from smartphones, tablet etc. to see my website in desktop view?

Why would you want to do that? It's really uncomfortable to browse a desktop layout on a mobile device.

I want the layout t stay the same , is that possible?

On devices so much different? Why?
