i am from albania .
Can you write who is albanian zipcode
and a phone number
when i finish writing show this

5 digits of phone or the Zipcode do
not match with the email address.

if you already have a Google AdSense account you have to fill the form with the email address and the last 5 digits of the phone number or the zip code that are stored in your Google AdSense account profile.
Google uses these informations to check if you are the owner of the account, and start the association procedure.
