problem switching site to alter blogs from alter site

When I tried to switch my account from alter site to blogs, it said I had to wait 5 days. Any ideas why I have to wait? I did switch it to blogs when I created the account to see how it worked, than switched it back and deleted the wordpress application, I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I hope you can help. Thanks.

To switch to alterBlog from alterSite, you have to delete and recreate your account.
You can also register a new account now with another username.
