Unable to renew my domain

I was trying to renew my domain (www.hamishmb.com) today, as it is due for renewal on the 14th of May, but I have been unable to. The altervista control panel section always tells me that "You cannot use available services if you don't accept service terms and conditions and you don't give permission to use your personal data".

However, I already have agreed to the terms - all the checkboxes are checked "I agree" and "I acknowledge". I have tried using Chromium and Firefox. Should I use a different browser? Could you help me resolve this soon please - I don't want my domain to expire!
