Cannot CURL to https://graph.instagram.com

Hi!

Can you whitelist the URL https://graph.instagram.com.
I need to be able to make a CURL to this URL, in order to use the "Smash Balloon Instagram Feed" Wordpress plugin.

I'm receiving the following error:
Error connecting to https://graph.instagram.com/.....
http_request_failed - cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT

Try unlock the whitelist (Settings -> Server To Server).

Unlocking the whitelist works but I saw you was adding, by request, some URLs to the global whitelist, in order to avoid to disable the whitelist.
