Can't get past "important Message" to edit site

When I login I am presented with an "Important Message" - Scheduled change of default php version in your webspace

I have clicked on the 'dismiss' button but the message continues to be displayed and I can't get to my dashboard to do edits or make important changes. Help please!!!
