Screwed up Jetpack on Alterblog ..

I have a blog on altervista : http://bigorganicnetwork.altervista.org/

The Jetpack plugin was not working properly (couldnt connect to facebook and twitter, etc) so I uninstalled it, wanting to do a clean install of it. But I think there was an error during the uninstall because when I try to install it again it tells me that the plugin directory already exists, but the plugin is not installed ... and it won't install because there is already a folder. I dont think that altervista gives me FTP access for me to just go and delete the jetpack plugin folder just to be able to do a clean install. Ive put considerable amounts of time building this blog and I would like to just have a working jetpack plugin.
