ReCaptcha conflict with plugin

I installed the Plugin ARMember but when I do the login there is always an error message. I tried to contact them and the told me there is a problem with a plugin or theme and they sent me this screenshot. How may I know where the problem is hidden?

I just tried installing it from the "plugin" section (Plugin -> Add new -> "Plugin ARMember" -> install), I was able to login successfully.

If the problem persists, could you disable all the plugins?

Thank you for your answer. I tried to disable all the plugins and reinstall the plugin, but the problem persists. The Recaptcha Field doesn't appear

It seems there is a conflict but I don't understand why as I tried other free Plugins but they works, only they don't fit to me. Is because I have an Alterblog?

I have tried in 2 different alterBlog accounts and it works.

There is a redirect from /wp-login.php to "/login/".

Probably some plugin/settings cause this issue: can you try to disable all the plugins except ARMember?
