Connection refused when attempting to access my pages

just waits for some time then gives connection refused error.

The first and last link work. They point the same static index.html file. The second link points a JSP file... the source code is displayed because Altervista supports only PHP scripts.

If you still cannot connect to your site it probably depends on your internet connection, so please report your problem in this topic.
