Fatal error

I tried to log into my blog and this showed up:
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_youtube_id() (previously declared in /membri/thegrumpyolive/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/functions.compat.php:22) in /membri/thegrumpyolive/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes/modules/youtube.php on line 111"
