no longer can connect to ftp server (used to be able)

Recently set up site, all was working well. Few days ago site went down. Enabled cloudfare as a solution, site came back up but no longer able to ftp from within my ATT wifi, ftp works on other public networks. I'm assuming this is an ATT issue but ran altervista test just to see if I'm missing something, results below. Thanks.

Actually you should have run the test writing ftp.meachmicro as username, otherwise the results are relative to your PC and CloudFlare instead of being relative to your PC and AlterVista.
However, from your description is pretty clear that your ISP is the issue, you should report them the problem.

Actually did run it with ftp.meachmicro with results below, however it never gets beyond what is seen below, times out at an ATT server.

when running traceroute using the diagnostic functions of ATT wifi/router I get
"Invalid host address: ftp.meachmicro.altervista.org" which I suppose may be a firewall issue. Thing is everything worked fine for over a week, then went down and after activating CF ftp has not worked.

I tried going thru my isp (ATT) a couple times with no luck, they want to push you toward a paid tech solution. Will do a little research on my own and then maybe contact them again.

That's strange. Try using the IP address (78.129.205.38), you should get the same traceroute you got form Windows.

You can now see the website because CloudFlare acts as a proxy, and you have no problem to reach their servers.

Try to insist, explain them that with the same PC and a different network there are no issues, and the traceroute shows clearly an IP routing problem.
