About the issue with chatblock: the paths are strange, check its settings. Your webspace's root it's actually /membri/ieee/.
The other problem is likely caused by the .htaccess file in the root directory, delete it.

The 500 error is caused by the .htaccess on your webspace's root. Delete that file.

done, and also redirected 500 to page index.
