Lost file on my website

Hello,
there was one file on my website, due to inactivity my account were suspended.
Now I have activate it back and all file were lost. One were very important... How can I recover it ?

Your account hasn't been suspended, it was archived. You reactivated it after 30 days, so any content you had there isn't recoverable anymore.
