Error 500 :(

Hello, on my site I use the Download Manager Version 4.7.2 plugin, and I find several problems in its caused by an error 500.
After contacting the plugin's support service, it has emerged that the plugin fails to load coused components of an error that I report to you:

in the file there was the IndexIgnore *, now I have commented it and everything seems to work.
