Alterpages

I am able to connect to my websites thru ftp ok , finally. Our new Arris access point from Comcast was set on high for the firewall and was blocking all ports . still however cannot connext to my websites thru a browser . When I try the browsers always brings me to Alterpages website to set up a website . I have had my websites for years without issue . Can anyone shed some light on what is happening please ? Thanks
