site not visible

Hi
since yesterday afternoon our website (http://offtrack.altervista.org) is not working
it is impossible to connect to any of the pages and to the server via ftp, so I guess there's some kind of technical problem or maintenance going on.
The control panel is accessible via altervista.org and all the files are still there

You should be able to see it online again, please confirm.

when i try to join the ftp account it says : Cannot access your files, it could be a temporary problem due to an update or technical failure. In this case, if the problem persists for more than two hours, notify it on the forum.

What should i do ?
