It's not possible to sign-in your blog

When I try to login I receive a message that says

It's not possible to sign-in your blog, use the Restore mode to get it working again.

I did it, it said that the issue might be fixed, but after I logout and login the error message appears again.

Tried also to do the backup, still didn't work.

It's not allowed to use AlterVista as simple file hosting.
Please check the #4.11.
