Don't receive confirmation code when i want to convert blog to hosting

Hey, i sent several requests with my phone number but i didn't received any message...

Actually, i can't create a hosting, that's why i've created a blog and now i want to turn it into hosting because i really need it to end a project...

I think i have only few days to convert my blog to hosting, so i hope someone could help me with that issue !

Unfortunately, the hosting account is not currently provided worldwide. If you cannot create an hosting account, you cannot also convert an existing account in hosting.
