I made something wrong in editing .htaccess file to make https//: shown in a specific folder of my site. I need help from the administrators. I need to deleted the line I placed in .htaccess file of root folder. This line is something like ( RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://mieuth.altervista.org/forum [R=301,L]] ).

No I cannot! Yes I have still this issue. Everything I do I redirect to ../forum folder. I have not access to htaccess file. I had access to this file via wordpress platform with a filemanager plugin. Now that I cannot connect to wordpress plugin I cannot edit the htaccess too. Also I have not access to the root of the site with ftp because I am a blog user! Only you, the admins can edit it again back to normal. Just please delete the line that redirects the site to the /forum folder or return my site to the oldest backup is saved! Is a mechanical engineering student's forum so is really important to have it back for them. Thank you in advance. I will be waiting for you reply.
