Sorry, I just bougth a domain, how can I do for create an email like info@mydomain.it

You can set the MX DNS (Mail eXchange) to use an external service to use the email associated with your domain.
There are some free services, like https://workplace.zoho.eu/orgsignup.do?plan=free
