access file uploaded with FTP

Hi everyone, I just activated FTP on my alterblog and used filezilla to upload to mysite.altervista.org/uploads/MyUploads/vid.mp4 a video larger than 32Mb, and now I'd like to view itinto my blog, embedding it into an HTML file. How can I access it? if I go to https://mysite.altervista.org/uploads/MyUploads/vid.mp4 it says Oops, page not found

In alterBlog account, you have the FTP access on the "/wp-content/" folder, so you should check: yoursite.altervista.org/wp-content/uploads/MyUploads/vid.mp4

Also check the uppercase letters.
